Free shipping on every order

We're proud to offer free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.

All orders are processed and dispatched from our international fulfillment partners. During high-demand periods such as holidays or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer than usual.

Order processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
  • Processing time is 1 to 3 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Orders ship the business day after processing is complete.
  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Please note: once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible before the order ships. No changes can be made once the order has been processed.

Estimated delivery times

After processing, estimated transit times are:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. In exceptional cases, delivery may be delayed by customs clearance, weather events, or logistics disruptions outside our control.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive it.

Delays and delivery issues

While we work hard to meet the timeframes above, external factors such as customs inspections, carrier delays, or peak-season volume can cause delays.

Undeliverable packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Import duties and taxes

Orders shipped within the United States are not subject to import duties. For orders shipped to Canada, any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price.
